About the role

To support our growth and increase the strength and quality of our network we’re expanding our Sales Management population, creating a more focused and strategic offering. This means we’re looking for commercially focused senior sales leaders to help us achieve this.

In this role, you will work with a panel of our Agencies, within your region, overseeing and influencing 1 and 3 year business plans. You will support your Agency panel in delivering and embedding change and building effective operating models. Playing a key role in enabling our ambitious growth plans through effective sales management, in order to deliver across our full range of products and services.

Alongside the above, you will build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and relevant departments as well as the Farming Unions.

What we're looking for

You’ll be a commercially minded individual, with demonstrable experience of developing strategic business plans and a proven track record of delivering sales results through others in a second line manager/director position. It is essential you currently (or have recently) worked for a Broker or a General Insurer. You’ll have successfully managed a remote team, branch network or multi-site operation.

Most importantly, you will be able to challenge, drive, motivate and inspire others to achieve positive business outcomes.
