Experienced Insurance Sales Professional? If so, we are looking for people like you to join our Cobham Branch, situated in the heart of rural Surrey. Backed by a team and a strong brand, you’ll be joining a successful regional office of NFU Mutual, specialising in High Net Worth and Bespoke collection of insurances, delivering a truly personalised approach to our customer’s journey.
Our team take great pride and responsibility selling sophisticated financial services products in a regulated environment. This role will see you focus on prospecting and selling our award winning Personal Lines Insurance products to new customers, as well as managing an existing, loyal client base.
Being part of profitable growth branch, you will be given the platform to drive your personal sales and marketing initiatives. Naturally, as an effective seller, you will take pride in designing and executing your own business development plans and prospecting new customers. You will be the type of person who loves having accountability for your own success. Someone who is self-motivated to work autonomously and take ownership of your key priorities.
Our reputation is built on years of customer service and trust with local communities, through our consultative and personal approach. So you will love to sell on a consultative basis, helping to provide customers with products that meet their long-term needs. Equally importantly, you will pride yourself on retaining customers, identifying new opportunities and supporting the branch in hitting its sales targets.
Exceptional customer service is a core part of our DNA, retaining over 95% of our clients every year. As such, operating as a dedicated Account Manager, you will take charge of planning, prospecting and delivering an outstanding service to our customers at all times. You will also get a chance to work with the regional service centres and field sales teams. As a natural relationship builder, you will recognise the importance of your network to support your drive for success.
We are looking for people like you. People who have had previous experience within the Insurance sector. People with a proven track record of high performance in a consultative sales environment and seeing your relationships develop to meet their future needs.
We will provide you with the training and development to maintain and improve your own knowledge and skills, allowing you to sell professionally and compliantly, whilst delivering a best in class experience to customers.
